Biotics Research NW, Inc. is Biotics Research Corporation product distributor for the following states (Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming).

At Bioticsnw.com we currently do not offer online purchasing for our products.  While we do not have a true shopping cart feature, you can place an online order using our online order form.  Once you have logged in, click “Create Order” to generate an order for products.  This includes the ability to place a drop ship order directly to your patients.  Prices are not listed in this create order form, but you can find our price list in the Professional Resource Center under Publication Library .

• No need to carry large inventories. We can drop ship directly to your patients.

Shipping

• Shipping is $9.50 for orders under $300.00
• Shipping is free to our customers for orders over $300.00
• Drop-ship fee $3.00 will be implemented September 1, 2011
• Additional C.O.D. fees and applicable sales tax will be applied unless a Washington State Reseller Permit is on file
• All special expedited services are shipped at actual cost, paid by the customer
• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time are guaranteed to be shipped out the same day
• For your convenience, we are happy to "drop-ship" to your patients.=
• A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks
• No International Shipping
• UPS Tracking - If you would like to get email updates on where your package is in transit, an email is required at the time you place an order.  UPS will send you an email update on the status of your package, however your email is required at the time you place an order

Return Policy

• All returns must be authorized by Biotics Research NW, Inc. to ensure a credit
• Returned product(s) must be in the original (carton, bottle, etc.) and free of any markings, stickers or sticker remnants
• Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will apply
